No two families call us with the same situation, so no two care plans look the same. Here's the range we work with:

• Companion Care — daily support, meal preparation, and company for a loved one who shouldn't be spending long stretches of the day alone.
• Personal Care — hands-on help with bathing, dressing, mobility, and the other activities of daily living.
• Live-In Care — full-time support for families who need more than a scheduled visit can cover.
• Memory Care at Home — trained support for people living with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other memory-related conditions, delivered at home instead of in a facility. [See the Memory Care at Home page for full program details.]
• Adult Family Living (AFL) — a program that provides financial support to family members already providing daily care to a Medicaid-eligible loved one.

We also build in senior care technology through CarePlus, our sister company, so your loved one has support between visits, not just during them.

Every plan starts with a conversation about what's actually happening in your home. When the needs change, whether that's next month or next year, the plan changes with them.

Most families calling us have never had to do this before, and that's exactly who we built the process for.

Here's what happens next:

1. We listen. Tell us what's going on, in your own words. No form to fill out first.
2. We ask questions. About your loved one's health, home, routine, and what a good day looks like for them. The more we know, the better the plan.
3. We visit the home. Usually within 24 hours of that first call, so we can see the actual space and situation, not guess at it.
4. We recommend a plan. Built around what we saw and heard, not a standard package.
5. We adjust as needed. Care plans aren't locked in. When something changes, we change with it.

You don't need to know the right terminology or have your questions organized before you call. That's our job. Yours is just to make the call.

What Are the Benefits of In-Home Care vs. a Facility?

There's rarely one right answer here, but there are real differences worth knowing before you decide.

In-home care means your loved one stays in the house, routine, and neighborhood they already know, with one caregiver getting to know them specifically, rather than a rotating staff dividing attention across a facility of residents. It also flexes: a few hours of companion care today can become live-in support later, without a move, a waitlist, or a new building to adjust to.

A facility can make sense too, particularly when a loved one needs a level of medical or round-the-clock clinical support that goes beyond non-medical home care. We're upfront about that boundary: our caregivers provide non-medical support, not skilled nursing.

For many families, the deciding factor isn't which option is "better." It's which one fits the specific person, the specific home, and the specific stage they're in right now, and whether that can adjust as things change. That's the conversation worth having before either decision gets made.
